Yep, refinance and buy everything with the cheap money...

Meantime, NASDAQ which is crucial in determining OTCBB levels is at resistance... if the NAZ breaks above about 1850 to 1900 level, the long term downtrend which has been in place since March 2000 could be broken.

Next day or two very interesting... meantime a lot of green showing up late on OTCBBs.
