One thing is for sure..more and more of it is needed to keep this economy from tanking. Running very hard to stand very still.

uh-huh. Now I see why it is so difficult to determine if and when there will be a crash. I guess they keep an "eye on things" and are looking for the opportune time to shut off the spigot as I would think that they fear a truly unmanageable bubble. I guess for now they figure that mortgaging us into the stars is not a danger as our economy is an engine that might be able to take on such a load IF things turn around. Unfortunately this opportunity may not come for years. Thanks. Did you see the light bulb go on over my head?<g>
