CSCO isn't playing, but pretty much everything else is. GE hasn't been this high since Sept 10th. The SOX is nearing Bobcor's 540 target (which seemed unattainable to me). Either this is nearing a blowoff top for this leg, or we are in a new bull run. I wish I knew the answer to that. I lean towards the former, but betting wrong here would be very very very expensive.
