That doesn't make sense. The %'s don't add up to 100 and there are NO white people in those neighborhoods according to that list. Or are we to assume the difference between 100 and the rest are all white(or is Caucasian more PC?) . Actually on looking again, some of the %'s add up to MORE THAN 100%! Does that mean there are negative cauco_americans(as DMA would have it) living there?
