The PR headline says pro-forma 23 cents, but the first paragraph says .20 in fourth quarter of fiscal 2001 vs .23 last year. So the correct figure is .20???

ASP declines projected to be 10%, some consolation.

The accounting change took .03 off pro forma earnings. So at .23, the comparable figure is .26.

I'm not sure about that....

Prior to SAB 101 Fourth Quarter Pro Forma Revenues $682 Million; EPS $0.23, $1.02 fiscal 2001; Following SAB 101 $651 Million, EPS $0.20, $0.98 fiscal 2001

I think the accounting changes took earnings to 20 cents. The 3 extra cents would have brought us to 23 cents. Interest income was down $28m in the quarter....I think that this accounts for most of the miss.
