Dolphin will get nixed by the Euro regulators. A blessing in disguise.

$51.75 in the aftermarket. I have never seen the Instinet traders interpret a single press release by Qualcomm correctly. They always sell it off in the aftermarket and end up having to buy it back higher when they figured out the missed a big part of the EPS formual, i. e. the accounting change.

>it would be nice to have an earning press release that was readable without a dozen footnotes. It shouldnt take a degree in accounting to figure out their earnings.

You're right, they are not helping themselves. Financial press, agencies, TV/radio, etc... have zero chance of understanding the release and getting the facts to general audience correctly.
