I don't know either way. I do know that during the Gulf War the U.S. military provided some false information about the war as a propaganda tool, and I don't blame them for doing so. Do you recall the video of birds covered in oil washing onto the shore, it was played over and over again. That was staged. During the war the military made much claim to the accuracy of its missile targeting, it later turned out, those numbers were grossly exagerated. But that is what happens during war. You accept what the military says, and I choose to be skeptical. And the president did snub other world leaders, he was taking on a very isolationnist position. That's a fact, but you say it is not a fact.
