You're right, but carrier financing is an albatross around Q's neck. And it looks like we might have Vesper, Pegaso and G* to lug around as worthless baggage.

Carrier finance is not a game Q is equipped to play. Needs to get rid of the Australian venture, too.

Sales in Latin America and Japan were not so great. Quarter included another write-off which is getting tiresome. Bottom-line is Q lost .06 for the quarter and .73 for the year. Good news is Q continues to increase R&D expenses while other tech companies have had to cut back. It will all come together sooner rather than later of that I've no doubt!

While you were obsessing on The TollGate, the world went into a recession. Maybe you missed this news, or thought it didn't affect TollGates. The Tollgate is still there, unchanged, but there is less traffic through it. A predictable and inevitable result of recession. As long as you continue to ignore the context, the environment, you will continue to be surprised.
