Unfortunately, the way the system works, we have no clue if the AG really understands what is going on. He may be getting paid off by MS competitors in some way or another - imho, in a democracy, votes are the best payment. So, from that point of view, I am suspicious of his intentions. It is still not clear to me if msft can do what you are alleging that they do after the settlement. In my opinion, it can't and SO, the settlement should be approved.
