Of course, they're no shows so far. Not enough time for them to take effect.

9 months and not even a glimmer of hope.. Car sales are booming.. due to the zero percent financing.. I have a friend who is a Finance Manager at a local Jeep Dealership.. He was going on and on about how great sales were.. I asked him.. And on the "Credit Risk" scale..Where are these "Zero Percent Interest" buyers.. He admitted they were skewed to the very high risk part of the curve.. Cash Buyers.. Non-Existant.. Heck, Look at Qualcomm 2.4 Billion in the Bank... Interst Income going down faster than one of my old girlfriends, and they still are keeping it locked up in the bank...

And as far a Mortgage re-fi's.. A Jumbo Re-Fi with No Points is still around 6.5%.. The banks are using the spreads to defend themeselves against bad loans and defaults.. The lay-offs continue at a blistering pace, and consumer confidence is at historic lows.. And "The stock market will be popping in a few months"??

I hate to tell you this.. But the "Stock Market has been popping over the last few weeks".. Which won't continue..
