If all the revenues and earnings were derived solely from manufacturing, then the earnings might go up more than revenues in percentage terms. But you have to factor in licensing fees, which may be a little less, OmniTRACS, which is experiencing slightly lower demand, and other factors like outstanding loans, interest (with rates going down), etc.

Before you throw in the towel, please let me know if there are any major companies out there in the telecom equipment area that expect earnings growth of 12-22%. I haven't found any so far, other than QCOM.
