IJ says indicators of "substantial" build outs in India. Too bad, not "very substantial". Thornley indicated that 2 million India chipsets of 85 million chipsets 2002 is baked into earnings.

IJ suggests that the slow down in LA could actually favor the transition to CDMA. Rather than going with GSM which they know better than CDMA, they are getting more of a chance to trial CDMA before making a decision.
