My mortgage payments are down 50% this year. Further cuts in short rates will help me out even more!!

i agree that is an amazing drop in mortgage rates. how did you do that? after all, rates have not fallen that much--200 or so basis points? but unemployment is starting to perk up, and the people who lose or fear losing their jobs will not be spending much to help the economy.
