No. It's all political. You know, I am damned tempted to go to ALL cash and patiently wait while the FOMC finishes its action. Then, when their ammo is exhausted, and the central problem has been exacerbated to the breaking point, and the market is considerably higher, and reality comes crashing in on everyone, short the damned thing to hell.

I see people living a big pipe dream out there. American's are up to their eyeballs in debt, and unemployment is rapidly growing. People are so damned worried about future inflation, but just wait until DEFLATION begins to grip them. We shall see what kind of instability happens.

The last time the discount rate was this low was during the Great Depression.
