RTIN - Current Events October 29, 2001: RTIN stock is listed on the NASD OTC-BB exchange. November 5, 2001: Record date for annual shareholders meeting. Only shareholders of record as of this date will be entitled to vote at the annual shareholders meeting. November 7, 2001: The proxy information and annual report will be mailed to all shareholders of record as of November 5, 2001. December 6, 2001: The annual meeting of shareholders will be held at the Hampton Inn & Suites, 5150 Mounes Street, Jefferson (New Orleans), Louisiana. The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m CST and will last approximately one hour. For those shareholders unable to attend the meeting in person, you will be able to view the meeting on the internet. A link to the site where the meeting will be broadcast will be available on this site by December 5, 2001.
