All the major market averages broke short term resistance today. It's no wonder with rates at a forty year low and a lot of pessimism built into many stock prices. I personally wouldn't short much right now, and especially not retailers going into the Christmas season. Someone mentioned shorting HD the other day. Personally I don't think that's a good short with rates as low as they are. Eventually the building market will recover and a lot of builders buy from Home Depot. A lot of contractors and builders buy from Home Depot because their prices are so competitive. They don't just sell to home owners. Technically, the stock has some resistance at about 43, but if it gets through there, I think 50 is likely.

I don't have much time to post these days and I'm not trading as actively as I used to. My only recent trade, SPWX, looks good on the chart, and I think that it will at least test 8 and possibly 9. I hope everyone is well.

Luck all,

Dan
