Thanks for posting the Pfizer article Mark found. The author has touched on many points with much clarity. Appears to be a complete view of the EU situation. I have done DD with other companies whose executives have tried to explain their strategy and reasoning with respects to their dealings with the EU. Albeit not concise like the article, but ranging in bit and pieces. It just confirms what I have read over the years.
