IGIT,

The funny thing is women in Saudi Arabia apparently are so scared of their husbands/men who dont dare to say anything. IN a recent poll, 55% of Saudi Arabian men supported Osaman Bin Laden, while 90% of women supported him! Now for the life of me I can not figure out why Women would support Osaman the psychopath, unless they are simply afraid to speak against him out of fear that their men may think they have revolutinary ideas that are not so Islamic.

There was this documentaty on MSNBC a couple of nights ago where a French Journalist interviewed an Afghani woman and her 2 daughters in the presence of a Taliban translator. The mother was a former Doctor who now was a widow and had been forced to stay at home. To meet ends means, the only job Taliban would let her have was to be a begger, begging on the streets of Kabol (and only twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays). She - out of her fear from the Taliban translator I guess - kept saying "may god protect the Taliban and their way of life", and how they were so good to her!
