However, I'm not surprised to see routine posters blasting my analysis with nothing more thoughtful than the depth of research and understand of how a dog takes a crap. If you don't agree with one of my assumptions, demonstrate with supporting information why the assumption is wrong. My assumption of 61% YOY growth is aggressive, yet achieveable. Considering borrowing costs (i.e. rates) for consumers will reduce until economy picks up. Congress will give significant cash to corporations under the new tax bill. If the analysts step out of New York City, the economy isn't all that bad (-0.4% GDP vs -1.0% is a big miss). The main points that I'm trying to convey by the FCF analysis is as follows: -In a severely deflationary environment 25% YOY such as carrier traffic, the timing of revenue growth relative to total debt, interest exp maintenance, and capex is very important (which is evident if you make up your own spreadsheet and look at before and after quarters). I don't think many people on this board's PV analysis for WCG shares includes all of these concepts. -WCG currently has previously forecasted free cash flow in 2003. If WCG had no debt, it would be FCF this quarter. Therefore, as WCG retires debt, FCF date can be accelerated. -A sigificant portion of value for WCG is that future capex for revenue obtained is very good. Current $6B of capex can support $2B of revenue. Haven't heard anyone expand on important issue. Did anyone really read into the CoreExpress acquisition? Not just products but capacity at a cheap price. -Bottom line: WCG management understands these concepts. The FCF date is extremely important. Posted as a reply to: Msg 43610 by daplus4
