Mech From my web site: ......................... The channels used on the charts are "Linear Regression Standard Error Channels" (1) The center line is the best fit line. (2) The two outer lines are measure of error of fit. (3) As long as trend is good and straight these two outer lines stay close to the center line. (4) As the trend changes, the errors increase causing the two outer lines to move apart. (5) This moving apart gives the "buy" or "sell" signals. Hope that helps.
