Doesn't look like bearish capitulation w/Rydex, but we do need to hold the possibility out that bull funds could go up/bear funds down as/if we retrace...sure, that's not the usual plan, but then again, VIX went down into low 20's as we did that sideways grind this summer too....it is possible....

I'd be happy w/a move back to COMP 1750-1760, at which time I'd cover, and let the market drive thru COMP 1720 or so to prove its further downside intentions (and then I'd climb back aboard)....i think we got a shot at the gap here....

Who knows, maybe today we need to do one of those morning star thingies.....net/net, not a lot of down, but then Rydex goes crazy (1 day delay)...signalling the top...it certainly looks short-term toppy to me here...
