UBS is a net buyer of NGEN for their own accounts and needed to loosen up some stock, thus the downgrade. they have been getting their private clients out for several weeks, now that they are out UBS went public with the downgrade and today they are calling their clients to say "aren't you glad we got you out?" It's not analysis, it's marketing. I was on a biotech conference call last night with some of the leading minds in the field and they kept talking about NGEN as the leader in their field. cdaisey@behind-the-scenes.com
