dear e.t. with my observation of you many times faulty logic and total screw up on interpretation of facts I give you zero credit for knowing the mind of the President. And I have seen no proof that the President rejected a dialogue. The President did not sign or rejected a particular document that had flaws in the details. Rejection of that is a dialogue. The logic you use to make sweeping statement like rejected dialogue on Bioterrorism is stupid. The same stupid emotion and not reason leads you to use the words isolationist. Considering how many times the President has visited and spoke with others and look to how the President has looked for way to make things more open with Mexico.
