It's the normal release of papers to the archives. The usual scholars and book writers want access as called for decades ago.

The papers were due to be released under the terms of legislation passed by Congress decades ago. Bush's "executive order" stopping the release of the papers is a violation of that law, a breach of the separation of powers under the Constitution and I believe will finally be exposed as part of a criminal cover-up of the activities of the Bush crime family over the last couple decades.
