I was always a clown in a bear's body. In 1999 I already unloaded 90% of my tech trash, JDSU,BRCM all the clown fav's. I had 50-100% profit in all of them. I was very nervous in july 1999, I held on to a few stocks purly on the basis of momentum. When people I knew who never bought a stock were trying to tell me I didnt have a clue when I would mention that BRCM had 100mill in sales and a 60 billion MKTCAP I knew that this would all end badly. As of jan 2000 I held only Qcom, partially due to the fact I didnt want to pay taxes on a huge gain. That decision would cost me a few mill. At that point I got out. If anything Fleckenstein was the first to educate me on the coming reality and TL. Oh yah and luc is my father-g-
