The media seems to forget that John Corzine spent $60 million just last year to buy a Senate seat in NJ and won by a smaller margin.

And Bloomberg not only won with less money, but also in an election where the voters were 5-1 Dems over GOP. Corzine had the registration edge - he underperformed.
