You should know - it's a matter of long term strength to have a growing portfolio, and since Intel began investing, they've realized extremely beneficial gains (part of which allowed them to invest more in their processes). Back when Intel could afford both investments and investing in their own processes, I'd say that represented the greater gain. Now, I'd be reluctant to vote for just one. Intel needs more advanced process technology, but the market is ripe for investing.
