Wrong again JLA as usual Carter pronounced it as I wrote it, never did he put in the extra u. By the way he was nucler submariner

Nuculer is how I remember Carter and it bugged me particularly because he was a nuculer engineer. I voted for him anyhow - but only once.

Didn't Carter start saying "Nuke-ear" after somebody pointed out to him that he was a nuc-le-ar engineer?
