here is my 2 cents. Avoid it at all cost.
a) UNSECURED debts.....in bad time like this, the last thing you want is holding a bag at the end.
b) This is not a liquid issue so selling it later will be A ROYOAL PAIN TO EVERYONE. For those not familiar with buying and selling individual fixed income issues, this is a definite no no.
c) as a rule of thumb, when something is too good to be true, it is often is.

It is easy to market to people about the 9% payout when they can default on the payment at any time and make a killing of this offering. This smell like a complete scam.
