Boston, Nov 07, 2001 (MidnightTrader via COMTEX) Internet Capital Group, Inc. (ICGE) tonight announced results for the third quarter, reporting revenue was 35.4 million, compared to $16.5 million a year ago. ICG reported a pro forma net loss of $164 million, or $0.59 per share, which compares to a pro forma net loss of $127 million, or $0.45 per share, for the same prior year period. On a GAAP basis, the net loss for the quarter was $235 million, or $0.85 per share, compared with a net loss of $264 million, or $0.94 per share, in the corresponding period in 2000. The stock has yet to trade in the sunset session.
