George, BGEN estimates the global market for medium/severe psoriasis to be around $2 billion. So that would make the entire US market maybe $1 billion, meaning that picking up 50% in three years is pretty respectable. This is also the sort of drug that might take longer than three years to peak (ignoring any effects from competition). Their analyst day presentation is still on the web - I haven't had a chance to listen to it yet, and I'm not sure I will before it expires in a few days. Peter
