I don't think that Intel's investing activity is related to being caught in the bubble. Rather, it was the belief that was explicitly stated that the outsized investing gains of a year ago could be counted on as dependable in the future.

How 'bout you? Did you blow the dust off of _Securities_Analysis_ and decide that this would be a good week to liquidate some ESPP shares?
