I did.

as i recall, you also said small retail investors (amateurs?) were dumping Global Crossing while you were buying in Feb 2000 after their earnings report. the stock was at 55 then and is now under a buck. i have a vivid memory of that morning as that is when i dumped my GBLX and never looked back. my point here is that whatever these retail indicators are does not seem very reliable to me. also, i think institutional investors are just as stupid (smart?) as retail.

Added to my position at $55 1/2. Broker informed me that retail investors figured heavily in this morning's trading.
