It's true that I have been LT bullish on Q since 1998.

However, short-term, I fully anticipated periodic setbacks, not to mention the drawn-out economic downturn. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of setting up straddles/CCs to protect my long positions.

It would be nice to be forget about the day-to-day and not have to watch the options. But it would be such a luxury in view of the drastic fluctuations in recent years.
