. . .appears to expose your political prejudices rather than their journalistic ethics.

I'll definitely plead guilty to the first but stand by the second, that is the absence of journalistic ethics in the Washington Times and Fox News. Them's my views and I'm sticking by them. As for evidence, two thoughts. First, FL surely doesn't want this thread to become about that no matter how much fun you and I might have doing it. And, second, I suspect that it's best you and I simply agree to disagree. I suspect that no matter how many chunks of evidence either one of us trots out, we're not about to change our views. Nor, for that matter, very many thread members' views either.

I doubt that a lack of journalistic ethics is either a Washington Times or a Fox News hiring requirement. <g>

I like that one, too. However, I suspect being opinionated is. That's fine when you propose to be an opinion magazine, newspaper or TV station. However, last time I checked both the Washington Post and Fox News claimed some sort of reportial status as well. That's what they should not do.

Next thing you'll be telling me Britt Hume (I hope that's spelled right) checks his facts well before running his political adjectives in (g).
