This is going to be tough for someone who cannot understand multi-faceted issues, but I'm going to try. Read it slow so it can sink in.

You can be for state's rights (which repubs are) and still be against certain aspects of state's rights. Like when it goes against Federal law for instance.

Your statement indicates that you do not feel that is possible. It's not that complicated.
