After an extraordinary session for QCOM, with it closing positive and finishing number 4 on the Naz volume list, we should all pause for a moment, in salute to Irwin Jacobs, and .....count our quillions.... At the closing price of 55.11, each quillion is now worth 18,145 shares of QCOM... Don Hays on his Q strategy: "For some time now, we have believed that the unusual valuation bubble of 1999 was a reflection of good things to come, a sign that something of real value is being created in technology. While we have been out of tech since the summer of 99 due to the valuation concerns, we now believe that valuations have become more attractive, and a focus will return to the productivity enhancing aspects of selected technologies. We have used the analogy of the oceans, seeking the tides, waves, ripples, and froth of the market.
