Brush, ESPP usually has dates in February and August for setting the price and distributing the shares. Formula is 15% below the lower of the start date price or the end date price. A pretty good deal really. The bad thing is that there are a variety of limitations on how much you can participate and some of those limits are based on the higher of the beginning and ending prices. I got maxed out way back when the stock was near $75 last year so I've been capped on my ability to participate for a while now. I think I can start up again next February.

Of course, I'm not a company spokesperson and I've been out of the program long enough now that there may be policy changes I am unaware of.
