I'm not an expert, but I think they sell to gun retailers. Most manufacturers (of any products) don't sell to the general public.

I don't start the fights, but I will finish them. That post was to flap, and flap has been plenty uncivil to me. Don't think I started that.

The gun manufactures sell to retailers not citizens.
