What kind of unit is a MB/s$ ? I tried to figure out what key you must have mistyped, but it still doesn't make any sense.

1 MB/s for the CPU?

Since we both have B.S. degrees, I assumed you'd understand dimensional analysis. Remember little g from Physics 1?

g = 32 ft/s/s = 32 ft/s^2

So 1 MB/s$ = 1 MB/s/$ = 1 GB/s/$K.
