Have not seen the concept. I would like to see a world wide, or at least nation wide, competition.
Somethng surrounding a park-like setting where people can come from all over the world for a reminder
of what occurred there.

And I agree strongly with you idea of smaller buildings. I, a midwesterner, can't conceive of
working in a building of such height. I would feel trapped. I suppose one gets accustomed to it.
