I don't think that site is designed for marketing to businesses, but for encouraging development effort. It's a very different target demographic. The description on the x86-64 web page is as follows: "This site, supported by AMD, is dedicated to porting open source software, including GNU/Linux, FreeBSD, and NetBSD, to AMD's new x86-64™ architecture."
