You are probably safe with your strategy.

On the other hand, I think that the 55's are the target center for the Novembers. This is the strike price that seems most secure against further attack of the option vultures (those who go after the longs). But the millions and millions of shares yesterday ended in nothing but a draw. So what if you get called. My experience is that the week or so after exercise usually is a buy back opportunity.
