Good call on gold. Thanks, your comments helped me. I hedged my bullion position last night, down 4 bucks today. Options expiration on gold futures expires tomorrow. Back in August gold put in spike low the Monday after expiration, so maybe we get a low next week...... M.

I went in USPIX for today's close, also took on some QQQ puts earlier. We almost made the 40 on the QQQ got over 39 any way..but this should just about be resistance. I'm just short enough to hedge off my longs where their at. Jim

NYSE Spot Gold closes down $4.20 to $276.20. The break looks ugly in both but will only be confirmed by a break in the JSE johannesburg all gold index tomorrow. JSE closed at JSE 1,370.40 and only 11 points off the high on Nov 5th. There are at least 9 or 10 gaps below current levels in JSE so a break below JSE 1,334.50 tomorrow and it will get real ugly in this last slam... Naz COMP registers an outside day today which signals immediate short term trend reversal more often than not dead ahead. The last two days we witness the COMP breaking significantly higher intraday only to give it up and turn back down today. NDX Long Funds are getting fat and need a major shave job and that means a smart pullback continuation pattern tomorrow. COMP closed down 9 and NDX down 14. After COMP and NDX and tech et al get comfortably above double overbought levels today at session highs they pull the rug on Bulls but still both close above overbought on 5 day RSI. Money Market levels back above 1.3 Bil TA and with 1-2 day pullback we will be back above oversold levels and set-up for another reversal back up.
