Hi Jim,

Translation (Swedish is not my mother language, but I think I got it right...)
- Ericsson sees that HiperLAN2 is delayed until 2003, and may not ever be able to compete with .11a
- they have turned to 802.11 b and a and they start selling them as part of mobile network offering during first half of 2002
- Ericsson expects a huge market for integrated WLAN and cellular network, according to their expectation this combination will be important for 10 % of all subscribers, i.e. 100 m subs
- they expect operator to start selling complete mobile services for enterprise customers, which include hot spot service as part of mobile service package
- still in spring 2001 Ericsson was betting on HiperLAN2, but now they accept "market realism": 802.11 b and a will dominate the market
- "it is positive for the industry to have one global standard"
