11:02 ET Intel (INTC) 29.48 +1.19: -- Update -- In a note this morning, Robertson Stephens said that Intel appears unable to quickly resolve production issues for Pentium 4 that could serve to slow the transition from Pentium III and limit improvement in gross margins; Robbie believes stock is fully valued at current levels. Note appears to be having no impact on INTC or the semi sector, with the SOX up 4.6% and MU +14.8% after many positive comments on DRAM pricing this morning. Fred
