Thread, POP's, number of base stations, etc. doesn't amount to much if they can't answer the phone. Sprint customer service is lacking. Thought I would pass along my letter. I'm so frustrated by the arrogance of this company. Sprint PCS PO Box 8077 London, KY 40742 Subject: Sprint PCS Phone Number (XXX) XXX-XXXX Sprint PCS has made it impossible for me to order an upgrade to my current service plan. I have tried for on two occasions to reach an operator to discuss and have wasted a considerable amount of time. I do not want to talk with “Clare” your automated operator. I want a live person, but Sprint PCS has made that impossible. I went to my local Sprint PCS store but they couldn’t help me upgrade my calling plan either. Why have a store if your not going service your customers? Your website is not friendly. I couldn’t find a place to e-mail questions other than your FAQ’s. I’m so frustrating with Sprint PCS for making a simple transaction so painful, specifically when I want to spend MORE money. After my experience with your company, I’m sure this letter will not make much difference.
