POP's, number of base stations, etc. doesn't amount to much if they can't answer the phone. Sprint customer service is lacking. Thought I would pass along my letter. I'm so frustrated by the arrogance of this company.

Sprint PCS has made it impossible for me to order an upgrade to my current service plan. I have tried for on two occasions to reach an operator to discuss and have wasted a considerable amount of time.

I do not want to talk with “Clare” your automated operator. I want a live person, but Sprint PCS has made that impossible. I went to my local Sprint PCS store but they couldn’t help me upgrade my calling plan either. Why have a store if your not going service your customers? Your website is not friendly. I couldn’t find a place to e-mail questions other than your FAQ’s.

I’m so frustrating with Sprint PCS for making a simple transaction so painful, specifically when I want to spend MORE money.

After my experience with your company, I’m sure this letter will not make much difference.
