Mike: Your understanding may well be Geoff's intention, but note: he certainly does not say so.

Just as a rose is a rose is a rose...., a portfolio is a portfolio is a portfolio....

And BTW I would suggest investing in "existing gorillas" only is too limiting even within high tech as a category - but that is just based on my experience and thought.

Once again though, which companies are the "existing gorillas"? Knowing that is crucial to action, no?
