QCharts works reasonably well these days, though it definitely has its problems. The original folks were bought out by Lycos and they are not giving it much attention. AFAIK, there isn't a cost effective alternative though. Overall, I'm not unhappy with it. Daytraders have more complaints. Options data used to be more of a problem but they upgraded their data pipeline a few months ago so I think it's OK now, though I don't have anything to compare to.

Options quotes:

I have found myTrack to be a reliable source for options quotes. It does not have the full array of greek parameters, but it does give you delta, an overall volatility number and fair value as well as quotes by exchange if you choose to display them that way. It also has time and sales showing quotes and prints by exchange, and you can chart the prints, which can be useful for liquid issues.
