The only guide I can give is raise your stop losses as the stock moves up to about 10% under the high in slow stocks and just under the prior day's lows for the faster one. The inverse applies to short that you have not covered yet (by now, probably you should have covered all of them). With the money raised, just wait patiently in cash, that is what I am doing here at 78% cash and I might even take one more of the core off the table. If you find bargains (I am looking at BPUR for instance), slow deployment might be called for there.
